Welcome

Everyone, from every background, every present circumstance, every dimension of identity, is whole heartedly welcome to join my classes.  Together we will practice mindful embodied awareness, and learn how to translate our practice into daily life and relationships.  Mindful living reduces the effects of stress, while increasing personal happiness and harmony with others.

Classes are offered on a sliding fee basis so that no one will be blocked by financial circumstances.

Psychotherapeutically and trauma informed coaching for meditation teachers and their students, and individual embodied psychotherapy are available on a very limited and fee for service basis.
